Delivery of Digital Goods

1. Delivery Information

Once your purchase is complete, your sheet music will be available for download in your personal account on our website.

2. Accessing Your Purchase

After the payment is processed, your digital sheet music will be added to your personal account. You can log in at any time to download your purchased goods, with no expiration or download limits.

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your digital goods in your personal account, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will ensure that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.

Delivery of Physical Goods

1. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page when placing an order.

2. The average delivery time for the product is 6-9 working days. During certain seasons and sales periods, shipping times may be longer.

3. Please note that deliveries are made only on working days. If you have placed orders for products with different delivery estimates, we will send all products together in 1 shipment (unless otherwise agreed), with the longest shipping estimate applied to all products in the shipment.

Returns of Digital Goods

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for digital goods once the download link has been sent. We encourage you to review product descriptions pages before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

If there is an issue with the digital file itself (e.g., corrupt or incomplete), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement file or offer a refund if necessary.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where there is a defect or issue with the digital file that cannot be resolved. Please contact our customer service team at support@framespoetry.com with details about the issue to request a refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for digital products. If you have purchased the wrong item or are dissatisfied for any other reason, please review our product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Returns of Physical Goods

1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unsealed or otherwise altered items cannot be returned.

2. Make sure that your address is clearly legible and be sure to enclose your order number (e.g. a copy of the invoice).

3. The return address will be specified on the package.

4. We will notify you as soon as we receive your item, and will initiate a refund immediately.
